CARLA sponsors a series of lunchtime presentations during the academic year and also offers a number of other special events, such as the CARLA Open House each fall. Audio + Video + Photos + Wiki = Collaborative Fun (and Learning) on the Web!
     Saturday, April 12th, 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
     Jones Hall, East Bank Campus
     Cost: $25 (includes lunch and all materials)*
Instructors from CARLA and the CLA Language Center

Web 2.0 is all about collaboration and a Wiki is the perfect place to do it. Learn how to use Internet and computer tools for creating language-learning activities that can be delivered via the Internet in this one-day institute. The tools are intended for teachers who have little time and limited technical skills and can be used on Macintosh and Windows computers.

Registration is limited to the first 24 participants. This workshop is full!
