Summer Institute Participant Survey

To help us tailor the institute to your needs, we ask that participants fill out a participant survey.  It will only take 5 minutes, and it helps us better prepare for your institute!

Please note: if you submit your survey at least two weeks prior to the institute, your name will be put into a drawing to win a copy of one of the CARLA working papers. We will select a winner on the first day of each institute.
