Registration Information

Are you a current ACIE member and planning to use your discount coupon towards conference registration?
 

If so, you need to submit a paper registration. You cannot register online and use the discount.

 

On the registration, you will select from the following registration options. All registrations must include payment.

Wednesday Morning School Visits:
Each school visit costs $25 and includes transportation to the school from the conference hotel.

Workshops:
Each workshop costs $75 and includes the cost of instruction and all materials. You do not need to register for the conference to register for the workshops, but workshops are NOT included in the cost of the conference. Enrollment is limited, so register early!

Full Conference Registration:
The cost of the full conference includes the Thursday evening plenary and reception, lunch on Friday and Saturday, and all conference materials. (Conference registration does NOT include the cost of school site visits or pre-conference workshops).
      Early-bird registration: $200 (by September 15, 2008)
     
Regular registration: $250 (by October 10, 2008)
      Late and on-site registration: $300 (after October 10, 2008)

One-Day Registration: $150 (by October 10, 2008), $200 (after October 10, 2008)
Includes lunch on the day registered for (Friday or Saturday) and all conference materials.

How to Register…

Registration for this conference is coordinated by the University of Minnesota's College of Continuing Education. Payment options include: check payable to the University of Minnesota, a purchase order from your institution, or credit card charge (VISA, MaterCard, Discover, or American Express). Payment must be made in U.S. dollars and must accompany your registration.

All registrations must include payment.

 

ACIE Membership and Discounts

Full conference registration includes a complimentary one-year individual level ACIE membership. Current individual members receive a $25 discount off the full conference registration and do not need to include a coupon. Five registrants from a member institution receive a $50 discount each for either this conference or a summer institute and must include an institutional member coupon. All ACIE members registering with a discount must fill out a paper registration. Please note that institutional memberships purchased on-site cannot be used towards on-site registration. Refund Policy

Refunds for the conference, minus a $25 cancellation fee, will be issued if a written request is received in the registration office by October 10, 2008 – three full working days before the conference begins. After this date, refunds minus $75 (which includes the registration fees and cost of the meals) will be issued upon receipt of written request. Refunds will not be granted after the start of the conference. The University of Minnesota reserves the right to cancel the conference if necessary. A full refund of fees paid will be made if the conference is not held.
